If you are ready to make, to be pushed, and to leave with real work and a real qualification, this is where you start. Applications are open for the three-year diplomas in Fine Art, Graphic Design and Jewellery Design. You will need your portfolio, your matric results and a short written response about why you want to study here. Admissions will walk you through the rest. The sooner you apply, the sooner you are in the studio.

What you'll need

A certified copy of your ID or passport
Your National Senior Certificate or latest Grade 12 results
A practical portfolio of 5–8 original artworks
A short essay: why RPSA, why your discipline, and an artist or artwork you love

Aged 23 or older without matric? You can apply through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
